Who We Are

If you want
to be better
than others,
you need to
run faster

Alain Wallart
Pedagogy Director of Stepping Stones

The idea of a school for young learners came up with the millenium. And Stepping Stones opened in 2002. The premices themselves were erected 2 years later.

We started from scrap but with dedicated people in education. We were – and are still – convinced that learning from a young age is the key to success, especially in our hyper specialised and competitive society.

But education is also fun and we have created a lot of fun activities in which children can expand their skills and independence.

We have established a permanent education system for the teachers – some of them have been part of the team for the past 14 years – ; they attend seminars and they are trained on a regular basis to develop their knowledge and skills in education. We also improved and enhanced the curriculum to follow the changes in our society.

We all work for the kids’ benefit, always. We are also happy to help parents to become « parents ». We edit a newsletter « The Stepping Stones Insider » that brings knowledge about young age education and we also advise parents to be a relay and adapt at home what we do at school.
